PlantTriage Integrated Historian

PlantTriage Historian archives all process variables, and performance assessments. All data is obtained by industry standard OPC Data Access. Process data is automatically kept for 1 year (indefinitely if you choose). Assessments are automatically kept for 2 years (indefinitely if you choose).

Compared to other historians, PlantTriage's historian is fast and efficient, using relatively little storage.

Integrate With Your Existing Plant Historian

You can also choose to direct PlantTriage to use your own plant historian for the process data. In this case, PlantTriage reads the process data from your historian via industry standard OPC Historical Data Access or HDA.

Unlimited History

Keep as much history as you want. You are limited only by the size of the hard drive. At current hard drive prices, can keep years of real-time data history for just pennies. Most PlantTriage users keep at least 6 months or more of real-time information, and many years worth of assessment results.

Assessments Available via OPC

Whether you use your own historian (via OPC HDA) or PlantTriage's historian for the plant data, assessments are still kept in the PlantTriage historian. PlantTriage's OPC server makes any assessment available, via OPC, to your historian or any other OPC client application you choose. Assessments are also available via PlantTriage's OPC HDA server. PlantTriage's OPC server is certified compliant by the OPC Foundation.

PlantTriage's trending is easy-to-use, fast, and efficient full-featured viewer. PlantTriage trend viewer includes:
