ExperTune Setup Wizards Using OPC and DDE Servers

ExperTune setup wizards make it easy to connect These wizards make connecting to the following controllers a snap. Your controller not in the list? The first time you connect, ExperTune software creates a wizard for you (patent pending).

The wizards are included in both PlantTriage, and Advanced PID Optimizer . The connection is through an OPC (or DDE) server. (PlantTriage supports OPC only).

The wizards connect to your controller using your OPC server. OPC is OLE for Process Control. There are OPC servers for virtually all modern digital controllers. DDE is also supported.

Your first time connecting, answer the Wizard's detailed questions. When you have finished connecting your first loop, ExperTune will have created a Wizard making it super-easy to connect to more loops!
